Cardholder Agreement
Where to find the Cardholder Agreement between you and the Issuer of your Thanos Link prepaid card.
About this page
Your Thanos Link prepaid card is issued by a licensed financial institution or regulated issuer (the “Issuer”). The Cardholder Agreement is the contract between you and the Issuer. It sets out the terms of your card and account, including fees, limits, how to report a lost or stolen card, dispute and error-resolution procedures, and how funds are handled if the card is closed.
The Cardholder Agreement that applies to your card is provided to you when your card is issued, is available at any time in the Thanos Link App under Settings → Legal, and can be sent to you on request. Because the Issuer and program can vary by country and card type, the agreement in the App is the authoritative version for your card.
What it covers
- Who the Issuer is and how to contact them
- Card activation, PIN, limits and expiry
- Fees for issuance, transactions, ATM withdrawals, foreign exchange and inactivity
- Loading funds and who may load your card
- Lost, stolen or compromised cards and your liability for unauthorized transactions
- Disputes, errors and chargebacks, and the timelines to report them
- Account closure, refunds of remaining balance and dormant funds
- The Issuer’s privacy policy, which applies alongside the Thanos Link Privacy Policy
